Nova Highlands Hotel, Cameron Highlands

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, especially with the spacious rooms perfect for a family of five. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. However, there were some significant downsides like the cleanliness issues and poor service regarding towel replenishment that really impacted the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was strategic, making it convenient for nearby attractions, but the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. Despite having some decent amenities like a kitchen and spacious layout, the cleanliness and maintenance really fell short. Plus, the service was lacking, especially during peak times, making it less enjoyable than hoped.
